| The Mushroom Cave™ is a completely self contained mushroom growing kit that constantly supplies fresh air and humidity to your growing mushrooms. This makes year-round mushroom growing possible. Growing conditions which must be provided by you the grower include a clean area which maintains a temperature of 55-65°F, and is well lit but not in direct sunlight. This mushroom kit creates the perfectly controlled environment that allows you to sit back and watch your mushrooms grow or go away for days at a time, knowing your precious crop won't shrivel up and die while you're gone. Organic Mushroom Blocks: Our blocks are made to arrive contaminant-free and are ready to begin fruiting upon arrival. The blocks weigh 4-5 lb. and are about the size of a gallon milk container. Clear Mushroom Care instructions are included. The blocks will grow several flushes (crops). After the final flush, you may order one of our replacement blocks. Shiitake: "Black Forest Mushroom"~ fast growing, high yield, producing mushrooms of up to 3/4 pound each. (grows at 55-65° F). When cared for properly, blocks should begin producing in 1-2 weeks. Expect 1.5-3 lb. of mushrooms over a 8-12 week period. |

Shipping charges are included in the price. All orders are shipped through DHL Ground Due to the high cost of air mail, only orders to the continental U.S. (HA/AL excluded) will be accepted. Please allow 2-4 weeks for order processing and delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please include a daytime phone number for the delivery driver's benefit.
